1. Attached is a list of classified documents which was prepared
in response to the Executive Director- Comptroller's memorandum of
4 April 1972.
2. The list above is not classified and could be examined by IBM.
3. We have assigned to our Security Officer the task of reviewing
these documents and judging whether they can be declassified or, if not,
sterilized to suit IBM's purposes.
4. The approach to dealing with this problem which you suggest
in your memorandum seems feasible to us. The document titles should
be adequate for IBM's purposes, but our Security Officer will prepare a
brief summary of each document if further context clarification is required.
