SUBJECT Search of Legal Decisions Relative to
AMPEX Corporation Contract Problems
1. The Department of the Air Force is the executive
agency for a computer retrieval of legal information known
as Federal Legal Information Through Electronics (FLITE).
2. In order to more thoroughly research the AMPEX
legal problems, a search by FLITE of ASBCA decisions, pub-
lished and unpublished opinions by the Comptroller-General,
is desired. FLITE has indicated the cost of the search
is $150.
3. Due to the critical time factor and pursuant to
our conversation of 15 December 1975, 1 contacted FLITE
telephonically and requested the search.
4. FLITE requested that a purchase order in the sum
of $150 be sent to the following address;
