SUBJECT: Critique of Reorientation in Supervisory
Responsibilities Program - 9 June 64 Session
1. I was pleased to have the opportunity to attend the
program on Supervisory Responsibilities. I found it quite informa-
tive and believe it should be repeated periodically.
2. I have no real comment of the concepts promulgated by
the several speakers. I wonder if this program or a modification
of it might not be helpful to non-supervisory personnel. In this
way, the supervised would be mindful of action to be expected
from their supervisor.
3. I would like to suggest that the remarks of the speakers,
together with the questions and answers submitted during the
program, be printed and distributed in the form of a handbook for
supervisors.
