4. Representatives from the 00 Q Career Service Boards will
generally attend meetings of the Executive Committee. When so constituted
the Committee will act for the whole DD/I area to develop uniform personnel
policy.
5. The Executive Committee will review and approve for the ICS Board
those personnel actions set forth in DDI Notice 20-110-3. It will refer
major policy matters to the ICS Board for final approval and such personnel
actions involving individuals or positions in grade OS-15 as it may feel
necessary.

The Committee will develop liaison with the career services of the other
major components of the Agency in order to foster a planned program of
Assistant to the DD/I (Administration).
2. The Executive Committee will report to the DD/I through the
IfCS Board.
3. The Executive Committee will be responsible for developing uni-
form personnel policies and practices among the Intelligence Production
Offices-and will recommend policy and give staff guidance to the heads
of offices and their office career service boards on matters of career
advancement and reassignment.

1. This notice establishes the Executive Committee of the IPCS
Board. The membership thereof shall be composed of designees of the
Assistant Directors on the ICS Board, It will be chaired by the Special
