SUBJECT Office of Security Incentive. and
Suggestion Awards .Committee
REFERENCE: OS.Notice #59-9 dated 5 November 1959
1. Personnel assignments affecting the membership of the
Office of Security Incentive and Suggestion. Awards Committee make
necessary the appointment of new members. The old Committee has
expended considerable time and effort on its job and has discharged
its responsibilities in a most commendable manner. We can be proud
of the fact that the Office of Security had the highest participation
rate in the Suggestion Awards Program during Fiscal Year 1960 of
any office in. the DDS. complex. This Program affords monetary
benefits to participating personnel and results in. improved efficiency
in office and Agency procedures. I sincerely trust that Office of
Security personnel will continue their interest in this very important
Program.
2. The following new membership for the Office of Security
Incentive. and Suggestion Awards Committee is established to continue
the work of promoting and coordinating suggestions for improvements
and nominations for Incentive Awards:

STATINTL b. rSecDiv) - Member
c. (SSD) - Member
d. SecDiv) - Member
3. The Committee will meet not less than. once each month
to transact its business and the Chairman will appoint a member to act
as Secretary.
