As a result of a meeting of the CIA Career Council on 30 September 1854, certain changes ware made in the eligibility criteria regarding ap- plicants fos? the Sub,~act program. The changes are ae follows: 25X1A a. Tha requirement of having taken the BIC Course is waived ro- vided the candidate has at least two (not three, as indicated in years eervice with CIA. Z"ne candidate should, however, s n~ c u e this course in his Career Plan. b. The requirement of a Bachelor's Degree may be substituted by "its equivalent in terms of satisfactory Agency experience, or a combfnation of formal education and, such experience". 3.
