to It has been clifitomary for a member of the Secretariat to
address the students attending the Basic Intelligence course
(Clandestine Services) at each of its sessions regarding the Career
Service Program. On Mionday, 26 April 19,.54 I explained the plans
and proposals that the Board had recently approved or that were
pending before it. I told the assembled group of about 80 pro.
