(erred to the Assessment Branch, contained remarks by the Office Cafter Service Board and the Office Personnel officer indicating that mental conditions are involved. The Panel made no comment on the proposed piCocedure. 8o The Panel agreed that test zr presented in support of a case mast be recorded and made available to Panel members and advisors on request, it was further agreed that those Panel me ,ers and advisors actually present when the case was presented, the Executive Secretary, and his stenographic staff are the only persons permitted access to these records without Specific authorization by the Chairman of the Panelo 9. A list of cases pending was distributed at the meeting, 10. The meeting was adjourned at l20l5 P.M.
