appeal:
a. The appeal be presented at the Board meeting this
afternoon as new business,
The Board appoint a committee, from its membership,
to hear the appeal.
c. The committee meet in a special session for the sole
purpose of hearing this appeal. One of the Monday
meetings could be used for this purpose,,
d. The committee prepare the Board's recommendation to
the DCI.
