REDLUTION IN FORCE AND THE CAREER STAFF
Results of discussion on 2 September 1955 between repre-
sentatives of the Office of Personnel and the General Counsel
and of the Civil Service Commission have been distributed with
the agenda of the Career Council on two occasions but have not
yet been disrussedo This presentation by the Executive Officer
of the Office of Personnel was made to the CIA Selection Board
on 23 September 1955? The Board recommended that the Council
hear the presentation and consider the implications.
