to general separation actions. Tn?s -regulation gwerns the spa-
ration cf Agency employees for Ul reasons except reduction in
fore, entlry into military service, ani. separation based on ad7erse
:findings of a security bearing board or the Employment Review Board.
. The separation, actions included in this regulation have been grouped
Lin two categories on the basis of the proceelural revirements to be
semsfplished by eupervisory officials ex a the Office of Personnel.
(1) The first group of actions, ic ia described is peragraph 4
belay, includes those actions vhith are taken la response to
requests by employees and those vhlch the Agency is require&
to take because the employee concerned has lout eligibility
for continued employment.
(2) The second group of actiona, wilier) is described in paragraph 5
below, includes those actions ahien nre initiated by. AzMacy
officials on the basis of tte e4p1oyeets conduct or qualifica-
tions. They nrs distinguished from similar actions described
