MEMORANDUM FOR: Director of Central Intelligence
SUBJECT: Nominations to Attend the Senior Officer Colleges
1. This memorandum contains a recommendation for the Director's
approval. Such recommendation is contained in paragraph 3.
2. In accordance with the procedure recommended by the CIA Career
Council, the Deputy Directors nominated candidates to attend the 1959-1960
sessions of the Defense Colleges, Advanced Management Course, Harvard
University; the Senior Officer School of the Foreign Service, and the
Harvard Center for International Affairs.
3. The Council considered the nominees and interviewed all available
candidates and recommends the following candidates to attend the Senior
Officer Colleges:
