1. As requested in reference, the following data is submitted
on individual career planning programs in the Office of Current
Intelligence:
a. Individual Career Development Plans are sub-
mitted by individuals outlining. their desires, alterna-
tives, and preferences for career development. Imple-
mentation of these plans is dependent upon the success
of negotiations with other Boards, particularly those
in the DD/Pe
