SUBJECT: Establishment of Senior Competitive Evaluation Panel
REFERENCE: dated 29 November 1956
1. It is the purpose of this memorandum to establish, pursuant to
reference, the Personnel Career Service Senior Competitive Evaluation
Panel. The duties of this Panel shall be to make competitive evaluations
involving personnel in grades 1204 130 and 14 for the consideration of
the Career Board in cases involving promotions of personnel in these
grades. The membership shall consist of the following:
