1. the DD/I has read, your memo for members of the Career
Council with respect to CIA Legislative Proposals.
2. Of these three drifts of language for inclusion in
the CIA draft bill on retirement, the DD/I prefers Draft B
which would allow the Director to establish and administer
his own retirement system in accordance with the provisions
of the Foreign Service Act.
