1. Schedule A-14: Alaska has been in1uded in paragraph?, on the
same basis as an island possession of the United States. From the
existing Schedule A, the following sent/nee, slightly modified, has
been trensferred from paragraph 9' to paragraph 7 of Schedule A-Is
