FROM: Executive Secretary, CIA Career Service Board
SUBJECT: Final Report of Junior Officers Task Force
1, The CIA Career Service Board on 23 November 1953 and
18 February 19514 considered the subject Report, and the members
were requested tomsubmit in writing their comments concerning it.
2. The Board directed its Executive Secretary to prepare
(attached) a reply to the Task Force which was duly accomplished
and signed by the Chairman.
3. In accordance with that reply, I am forwarding (attached)
a copy of the Report as well as the comments of the members of the
CIA Career Service Board for whatever action you may deem advisable
to take concerning it.
