We have no objection to the new DCID #2/6.
Ted Nordbeck has a new draft proposed by the Serv-
ices which is substantively the same as this drafit
except for the preamble, where the Services have
suggested that they be specificaLty identified. I
would have no opposition to this but would not sup-
port it. The other changes are for the parpose of
clarification, and I would be inclined to support
these if they are advanced by the Service members
of the USIB. A copy of the Services redraft is
attached herewith.
