SUBJECT : Intelligence Translation No. H-9653
I haven't had time to wade through this entire document,
but it appears to be a manual on guerilla and counterguerilla
warfare written in french for the Laotian Government. It
appears to be fairly comprehensive and indicated the
importance of political consideration in this type of warfare,
but may place a bit more emphasis on area sweeps than would be
consistent with US doctrine.
