Su BJECT: Visit to Office of Central Reference
1. On 20 November I attended a briefing given by OCR, to Gen.
Truscott, Dr. Pancoast a. i myself on the activities of the Office.
In view of (km. Truscottts interests, the briefing was focused
primarily on interagency problems and activities. The briefing
was well conducted and the Office memo to be making some real
progress through the working; groups establishing under the Ad Hoc
"or d.ttee on Information Processing (AHIP).
2. Gen. Truscott was late to the meeting and we did not
get to cover all of the aspects of OCR. I will finish the tour
therefore, at a later date.
