1. The Office of Scientific Intelligence has again been
requested to present a briefing to the student detachment of the
Strategic Intelligence School. The detachment Is cleared through.
TOP SECRET.
2. The nurrose of the briefing; is to rresent a clear picture
of scientific and technical intelligence on the Soviet Union
through a panel discussion (up to and including TOP SECUT)
