Z. The Chief of the special Security Center intends to
discuss with the security officers at the White House, Bureau
of the Budget, and other Executive Departments and Agencies,
for security briefing certain top level exscutives
ely upon their appointment by the President-elect
that they may be aware of the various compartmented
brmation systems now in existence. The clearance and
briefing procedures, of course, will conform to the no,.
President's desires.
3, As each of the executives in the Johnson
Administration who have been briefed, Leave Public office,
