COINS LUG
1. COINS operational procedures were distributed. (Later,
these were withdrawn because of an error.)

to modify the form for collecting data on the COINS experiment.

12. Installation of the badly needed equipment at NIC is
being started on 6 March 1969. COINS operation at NIC should
start in 1 - 2 weeks.
13. A revised COINS #1 objective was distributed. This
one incorporates the inputs from the subsystem managers. The
inputs on the remainder of the objectives were given to
