(Later, these were withdrawn because of an error.) announced that he would meet with the T&A Panel to modify the form for collecting data on the COINS experiment. 3. Problems_;were discussed which have been encountered in the mailing of the COINS user logs for analysis. It was agreed that they would be hand-carried in the future, rather than mailed. mentioned that he had been more successful when a single COINS inquiry is submitted at CIA terminals, rather than multiple inquiries. 5. "Retransmit" capabilities have been installed at the DIA Switch and is working. 6. The desire and ability for the DIA Switch to "queue messages and hold over-nice" is being considered further. wants each system in the entire COINS network to be able to (a) return the receipt from switch to the individual user, (b) give the user any causes for aborts, and (c) provide for a automatic central directory of what is the existing operating status of each system in the COINS network. 10 TAkr- C' NS 8.
