3. Events of the week of system testing were discussed. The
general feeling is that testing is such agaocl learning situation
that it should be repeated often. There was some dissatisfaction
wT.h the respori of the system when no answer to the query is
forthcoming. Some queries disappear with no response, NSA
responses take so long that they are effectively lost, DIA res-
ponses which come back indicating; machine breakdown (CAUSE). and
user error (FAULT) are not very helpful to a user. The experience
of using COINS is invaluable for trainers; their frustrations are
much like those trainees will have as they attempt to learn in a
much.shorter'period of time.
