was distributed.
8. A discussion was held on tr COli1S Pile Information data base
forrmt submitted by NSA, at a previous rT)eeting (See
paragraph 3, minutes of anuary j-968). Of principal concern was the
informaLion to be included on security classification of each file.
CIA will contact or further discussion on this aspect.
9. All agencies who have not done so are requested to submit sinned
Technical Memorandum, of Agreement No. 1 on COINS Corr?mnication as soon as
possible.
10. The next meeting was scheduled for 1000 hours, Friday, 9 F'eiDruary,
at DIA. Topic for discussion will be:
a. Situation Paper No. 3 on Security
b. Continuation of discussion on data }bases.
