1. The Office of Central Reference,, CIA has arranged with the
Philco Corporation for a one-day orientation seminar (Agenda attached)
on their TRANSAC -2000 Computer on Monday,, 20 April 1959" The meeting
will take place in Roan 1179 Central Building,, CIA# commencing 0900
hours.
2. CODIB agencies may send up to ten representatives each to the
seminar and are requested to submit names to the CODI13 Secretary no
