They were approved with some mirror changes. 2. The Teen made a detailed review of the revised draft Terms of Reference, dated 17 February 1965. The new revised draft Terms of Reference, as agreed upon by the Team members, is attached to these minutes. Copies of this draft are also being sent to CODIB members for their consideration at the next CODIB meeting planned for 18 March 1965. The Chairman requested that any Important changes to be suggested by the Team members or their respective CODIB members be brought to her. attention In time for possible resolution before the CODIS meeting. The Chairman stated that the Department of State team member had indicated he did not concur in the Terre of Reference being considered by the Team at this meeting. and that he would discuss the matter with his CODIB representative. The airman requested that each member answer this questionnaire before the next meeting. In addition, the members were asked to critically evaluate the effectiveness of these questions and provide any addit1vr l manage. meat or technical questions or aonments they may think applicable. The questionnaire is being considered for querying. additional speakers as well as a group of selected individuals in the infor- mation processing, R&D and intelligence areas. 6. The Chairman further requested that the members bring to,- the next meeting additional questions or comments about the R&D goals referred to in the Terms of Reference, so that the group may consider the b dest possible spectrum of subjects relevant to the Team mission. The members were asked to come prepared to discuss the proposed objectives is the Terms of Referen*e and methods by which the Team can proceed further in its mission, 7. The Chairman reviewed the member's attendance record for the last six meetings and urged those Mho have not been able to attend regularly to try. very hard to do so or, failing that,, to have an alternate to provide continuity of attendance.
