are to be controlled by header indexing. The programs
developed for the Page Reader System are undergoing test.
8. The Tnforrnation Analyst/Content Yndexer Communica-
tion Test hzs been cample~~ed.. Approximately 375 all-source
documents were processed ~iy 2 analysts and 3 indexers.
A final report on this test is due in February.
9. Preliminary findikzgs of the - Requirements
Study havF: been forwarded to OCR personnel for camment.
l0. In a preliminary definition of the scope of the
Customer Requirements/Sel~:ction Criteria Tasks, it has been
tentatively decided that the Customer Requirements effort
must be limited primarily to solicitation of customer re-
action to specific Phase ~'IS design proposals,

establishing formal EDP S~-stem specifications and the
development of an integrated EDP design.
12. Approximately 300 actions were prepared by
personnel during January for the next update of the eno
Master Dictionary.
