Prolirzainaary conclusions from the study of the Inteellofax Index are that conversion to an ELP oriented system is not feasible. The study has been extended to determina possible methods for utilization of the Inteellofax Reference System files in a non-converted form. Work on security specifications for CHIVE was concentrated on the logical file security probleme with some initial work on identi- fying the physical security problems. The Current Awareness Support Croup studied the OCR/SR pertmu.teed title indexing operation and also obtained background Infor- mation on tt:W1C indexing techniques.
