MEMORANDUM FOR: CHIVE Task Force
SUBJECT : Changes
On 7 February 1966,1 held an all-hands
meeting to announce various changes in structure within the
DDI, OCR, as well as personnel shifts within CHIVE. Here,
for the record, is an account of those changes within CHIVE;
the DDI and OCR adjustments will be announced elsewhere.
