concerning the President's Quarterly Report (PQR)
and your suggestion that it contain references to
submarine-launched cruise missiles (SLCM's).
It is indeed true that SLCM's- -even though
trategic weapons in the usual sense--have a
-nship to SALT deliberations and we will
broaden the PQR to take this into account.
