EBERLE SUBJECT: President's Annual International Economic Report Attached is the working outline of the President's third - international Economic Report, which must be transmitted to Congress in early 1975. The Report is intended to educate the Congress and the public on major current economic issues, and where appropriate, to introduce new US policy. This year's Report is designed to stress the changing structure of the world economy and the altered position of the United States in the world economy.
