CIA Comments on a Proposal for the

We think the proposal for a computerized center
to be a good one. It clearly would be a marked advance
over present practices. From our point of view, depending
on how the complaint data are arrayed, it could help to
identify areas where more research is needed. While
we would be pleased to consult in the formative stages of
such a computerized center we do not see the Agency
taking an active role in supplying complaint data as
we do not normally collect the kinds of information the
center would require.
