I am attaching a suggested agenda (Attachment A). Reservations for your accommodations for the evening of 19 February have been made at (Attach- ment B). I suggest you arrive at the Center between 1100 and 1200 on 19 February in order to have lunch before the first session at 1300. Meals will be taken at the dining hall, located near your quarters and our meeting place--the Art Room. Attire is informal. We have arranged for a cash bar. 3. For your information, I am enclosing a list of par- ticipants (Attachment C). You may wish to contact some of the others concerning car pool arrangements.
