1. We are in the process of organizing the fourth in a series
of seminars designed to promote closer communication among area special-
ists, and especially between DDI and DDO officers. The list of those
who will attend includes analysts from most DDI offices and one repre-
sentative from OTR. No contractors or non-Agency employees will be
included:
