1. As you know we have been exploring the possibility
of holding a country seminar on Iran.
2. Participants in earlier seminars tell us that the
success of the sessions have been due, in large part, to the
presence of

seminar be held--probably in mid-November--on the "Organization STAT
of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC): the Politics
of Oil."
