addressed to DDI and DDS&T, dated 19 June 1972, Subject:
Implementing 'r. O. 11652
I approve the proposed procedures for marking all
finished intelligence publications as specified in the basic
memorandum. It should be understood that these procedures
are tentative pending further guidance from the interagency
committee for the implementation of E. 0. 11652. You have
already been informed that the Director has decided not to
change the format or markings on the PDB unless we get
further guidance from the White House.
