SUBJECT: TlR ra-Agency Security Committee
Meeting of 17 February
1. Attached for your files or whatever you
wish to do with them are four documents from the
Intra-Agency Security Committee meeting on the
afternoon of 17 February. The first is a redraft
of the Agency notice on security which is, I gather,
for final coordination and is okay with me although
it does not take into account all of the changes
that CRS suggested.
2. The sec a memorandum from Houston
on the status of on about which nothing can or
need be done at t is instant.
3. The third is an outdated redraft of
which should probably be destroyed as soon as
draft is available.

4. The last is the beginning of a memorandum
for Colby, also outdated. It is intended to prepare
the DCI for a Congressional interrogation on CIA
declassification policy and practice. It is outdated
because that is not what it deals with. Read them
with joy.
