If we debate whether a videotape
briefing of NIE 11-3/8 be done, then prepare
and argue about a script, and make a big
production, of the whole thing, the estimate
would be old hat before the tape would be
completed. I.recommend instead that we
simply have Howie Stoertz give a briefing
on the NIE and have it taped. With this in
hand we could make the judgment whether
the idea is worth pursuing.
