SUBJECT: Summary of Component Responses to Requests for
Report on Agreements with Foreign Governments
1. DDM&S -- No agreements per memorandum from DDM&S
dated 2 October 1973 and oral response from Director of Logistics
of 11 October 1973.
2. DDI -- Per oral report fro Chief/ 25X1
Executive Staff/DDI, of 12 October 1973, the DDI has no agreements
except those involving FBIS. The latter are reported in the memo-
randum and attachments dated 19 October 1973 from 25X1
Director/FBIS. All of these agreements are signed by the Bureau
Chief and usually by his opposite number in the foreign government,
and all are dated prior to enactment of the Case Act on 22 August 1972.
