I (concurs in the comments and recommendations in the referent 10 March memorandum, with the single reservation noted below. 2. Reg combined recommendations No. 8 and No. 26, paragraph 2,considers that both this Office and its Agency 25X1 consumers could benefit by its representation in the Collection Guidance Advisory Group. Such representation appears important if the Group is to serve as an effective means of improving communications between the originators of requirements and those whose function it is to fill them. Occasional invitations to representatives ff collection activities may not suffice to establish the kind of communications between substantive offices and collectors recommended in the Principal Findings of the IG study.
