SUBJECT: DCI Briefing of the' Senate Foreign Relations
Committee -- 23 March 1971
1. The Director briefed the Senate Foreign Relations
Committee on 23 March 1971. The meeting lasted from 1005 hours
until 1310 hours. A technical sweep of the room, S 116 in the
Capitol,was conducted and the room was kept under technical
monitoring throughout. Discussions were conducted on a "Top
Secret/Sensitive" basis. A transcript was taken which will be
on file in the Office of Legislative Counsel and available to the
Committee on call.
