The Director briefed the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on 23 March 1971. The meeting lasted from 1005 hours until 1310 hours. A technical sweep of the room, S 116 in the Capitol,was conducted and the room was kept under technical monitoring throughout. Discussions were conducted on a "Top Secret/Sensitive" basis. A transcript was taken which will be on file in the Office of Legislative Counsel and available to the Committee on call. 2. Present for all or part of the session were: J. W.
