that it will be favorably reported out of co ittee.
2. It is requested that you review )die bill to determine if the
Agency is affected. Note that section ( does exempt those records
classified under an Executive Order; wever, section (c) requires
an annual report to Congress on an a ency-by-agency basis on the
number of records exempted by Exe utive Order.
