SUBJECT: National Intelligence Production on Foreign
Strategic Programs, February-July 1974
Attached is a memorandum from the National Intelligence
Officer for Strategic Programs concerning planned inter-
agency intelligence production on foreign strategic programs
through July 1974. This production program was developed
after consultation with key consumers and intelligence
officials and after consideration of the DCI's Key Intel-
ligence Questions. As indicated in the attached memorandum's
final paragraph, this proposed production program has been
reviewed and endorsed by the Director of Central Intelligence.
