Suggestion Awards were announced for recipients in CRS, IAS, and OSR. 2. There was a discussion of the IC Staff post mortem on PHOTINT crisis reaction. COMIREX and IAS have both prepared and forwarded critical comments on the study. Mr. Walsh asked for a copy of the study and comments and planned to discuss the subject with General Wilson. 3. Mr. Colby reported at the Morning Meeting that the Satur- day NSC session on SALT went very well. He wanted his thanks re- layed to all who had a hand in it. 25X1 4.
