Mr. Proctor chaired. Substituting were Messrs.
1. Mr. Proctor asked the Office Chiefs to provide

2. Mr. Ernst briefed on his meeting with PFIAB Thursday,
6 June. Also there for the discussions were Messrs. Simon
and Ash.
3. Mr. Proctor aske to arrange for a briefing
at the Executive Council MeeLlIly ay, 14 June, on the OCI-
Operations Center proposals for revamping Watch Committee procedures.
