2. Mr. Proctor distributed copies of the President's letter
to the DCI that discusses Intelligence Community budget and resource
goals.
3. Mr. Proctor discussed the DCI's instruction to review
Directorate holdings on "Watergate matters." I will under- 25X1
take a survey for the Inspector General in the DDI; Mr. Proctor
instructed all hands to cooperate fully in this matter.
4. Discussion on the MAGID paper on first-line supervisors
was deferred until the Executive Council Meeting on 2 April.
