SUBJECT: Executive Council Meeting of 8 March 1974
Mr. Proctor chaired. Substituting was
1. Mr. Walsh reported that has scheduled
a meeting for 1400 hours Sunday, 10 March, to review the draft
read-out OSR and OCI are requested

2. Mr. Walsh announced that the recent briefing of Senator
Adlai Stevenson by ent well indeed,
and that the Senat Headquarters some time in the
near future.
3. Mr. King briefed on the latest Law of the Sea meetings,
activities, and developments.
4. Mr. Proctor distributed the minutes of the Management
Committee Meeting of 4 March.
