SUBJECT: Executive Council Meeting on 18 January 1974
Mr. Proctor chaired. Substituting was
1. Vice-President Ford will not be coming to Headquarters on
Wednesday, 23 January; he may visit the Agency the following week.
2. Mr. Colby has announced that there will be an "Alumni Day"
some time in the not too distant future.
3. Mr. King briefed on the OBGI-hosted Law of the Sea Seminar
that was held 14-16 January. About 45 people from CIA attended.
Mr. King will provide the DDI a memorandum containing proposals for
future production on LOS matters.
4. The following appointments of overseas positions were
announced:
