Internal Use Only Approved For Releases 2005/08/24: CIA-RDP80B01495R0000180010-8 SUBJECT: Executive Council Meeting on 28 October 1975 Mr. Proctor chaired. Substituting were Messrs. 0 and Kerr. 1. Mr. Proctor reported on the results of the first week of the Combined Federal Campaign. CRS has received pledge cards from 50% of its personnel; OER and OGCR were at the lower end of the scale with only 2%. No report was received from the Operations Center, FBIS or OSR. Mr. Eisenbeiss commented that the pledge cards received in CRS included a high number of blank cards. Other office directors reported some resistance to the campaign. STAT 2. FBIS, is to receive a $700 Suggestion Award for modifying receivers to improve the life 9f tubes, STAT FBIS, received an $850 Achievement Award and CRS, has been STAT granted a $25 Suggestion Award. 3. The Senate Select Committee is looking into Agency involve- ment with media and church groups. The terms of reference are vague. In responding to requests on the subject, the Agency will hold to its policy regarding not supplying the names of cooperating Americans. 4. The interagency group reviewing the Senate Select Committee's report on assassinations has advised against releasing the report be- cause it contains the names of individuals under cover and because it would be damaging to US foreign relations. The next move is up to the White House. 5. Mr. Blake has said he is sure that Agency health association premiums will not go up as much as Blue Cross premiums. 6. Mr. Proctor reported that the Equal Opportunity recruitment sessions last week went extremely well. Nearly all participants said they had reservations about the sessions, but that their concerns had been entirely dispelled and they were very enthusiastic.
